To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons when using MOE branded equipment, follow basic precautions, including the following:
Use MOE branded products only on commercial loop pile carpet.
Prior to each use, inspect power cord and equipment for damage. If damaged, do not use until damage is repaired.
Do not run Moe-Cleaner over power cords, ropes, hoses or any other item that could potentially get tangled in Moe-Cleaner's counter rotating brushes.
If machine runs over a power cord, tum off machine immediately, unplug and inspect affected power cord for damage. If damaged, do not use until cord is replaced.
Only plug equipment into properly grounded wall receptacle. To minimize shock and fire hazards, proper grounding is mandatory!
Wind cord no tighter than is necessary to retain it on the cord hooks.
Do not use an extension cord with inadequate current carrying capacity. This could result in fire hazard or electric shock.
Always unplug machine prior to emptying the Dirt tray, rotating brushes or tilting back to rest on handle.
Never leave equipment plugged in and unattended.
Never store equipment where the temperature could drop below freezing.
Keep hair, jewelry, loose clothing and all body parts away from moving parts. Do not place fingers under cleaning head unless unplugged.
Never use equipment as a stepping stool.
Only clean equipment with a damp cloth.
Never use water hose to clean equipment.
Never submerge equipment into liquid.
Do not use near flammable liquids or gasses.
In the event liquid discharges from any part of the equipment other than the spray nozzle, discontinue use and have necessary repairs made by qualified personnel.
Never run Moe-Cleaner without first applying proper chemistry solution instruction.
Do not run machine in one area for more than 3 or 4 passes.
Do not lift the machine if over your lifting capacity.
The weight of Moe-Cleaner machines without handle and without water is about 65 lbs.
